Tulum International Airport (TQO) or Cancun International Airport (CUN)

We’ll be staying at one of Tulum’s incredible resort properties. To maintain the exclusive ETS experience, the resort name will be shared closer to the trip.

Yes. A valid U.S. passport is required for travel to Mexico. Check your expiration date.

Booking officially launches on August 1, 2026. ETS trips are known to sell out, so stay tuned and book as soon as you can. Deposit of $250 is due at the time of booking.

No. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Absolutely. ETS offers payment plans to make costs more manageable. A deposit secures your spot, and the remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule provided at booking. Just keep in mind, there is no option to secure via deposit now and pay later. ETS has obligations to meet to ensure a quality experience. Unpaid installment plans are subject to cancellation.

There is no itinerary. You may come and go as you please. However, we usually drop the event themes in late January.  Updates are sent by email and posted to our social media.

That depends on you. Some guests are perfectly happy lounging poolside, while others want excursions, shopping, nightlife, and every taco they can find. Budget accordingly.

BOOKING & ROOMING FAQs

ETS packages are sold based on occupancy, not room type.

When you select a package, you’re choosing how many people will occupy the room, not whether the room contains one bed, two beds, or another specific configuration.

You’ll have a room all to yourself. The per-person price reflects one guest occupying the room.

Two guests share a room and each guest pays the double occupancy rate.

Three guests share a room and each guest pays the triple occupancy rate.

Four guests share a room and each guest pays the quad occupancy rate.

Room assignments are based on occupancy purchased and available inventory at the resort. While room requests can be submitted, specific room types, bed configurations, locations, or views cannot be guaranteed. Upgrades will be available for purchase prior to the trip dates.

ETS no longer accepts group bookings. Each person must create a profile and manage their booking individually. Exceptions may be made for married individuals.

Everyone sharing a room must book the same occupancy package, complete required payments according to the schedule, and list roommates on the profile to ensure proper room assignment.

No problem—as long as one roommate has secured the room, the remaining roommates will have a defined window to book.

You will be placed in the appropriate package type until your roommate pays the deposit and secures their spot. ETS will not hold incomplete multi-occupancy bookings after the deadline set.

Yes, ETS allows occupancy changes up to 7 days prior to the trip and are subject to repricing. If occupancy changes reduce the balance after the cancellation deadline, no refunds will be issued. Changes made within 30 days of the trip are subject to administrative fees.

If a roommate cancels, the remaining guests will be responsible for any increase in pricing.

Visit the booking site and join for the appropriate package. Waitlist invitations are sent in the order received as spots become available. Guests will have 48 hours to pay the deposit to secure their spot once invite is sent.

Extended stays may be available depending on resort room availability. Guests will have to book any extra days directly with the resort.

Highly recommended. Travel insurance can help protect your investment in the event of covered cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other unexpected situations.
