IDENTIFICATION: Guests must make reservations in the full name listed on

their passport that they will use for travel. If any name changes occur after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.

ROOMMATE MATCHING: Escape the States does not offer roommate matching. However, if you are in need of a roommate, you can communicate with other travelers in the private Facebook group to make arrangements. Once you have established your rooming situation, email info@etsreloaded.com to notify us to make the update.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Insurance that provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss, and more. 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents and travel instructions will be sent via email within 30 days or earlier before travel. Guests will be required to sign a participant consent form prior to check-in.

PRICES: All prices listed are per person based upon single or shared room occupancy, unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature, beverages, food 

passport and visa fees, or insurance, Prices are correct at the time of publication. In case of human or computer error, NPN International dba Escape the States reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. 

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

Payments: Trip can be booked online with checking account, debit card or any major credit card.

Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All bookings will require a deposit, and the amount due and the monthly payment plan will be clearly noted.

Full Payment: All bookings can be paid in full at the time of booking. Secured bookings that do not complete payments timely via an installment plan are subject to cancellation.

Cancellation and Refunds: Once trip is booked, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@etsreloaded.com with your full name and travel date. Once your email has been received, your request will be processed withing five (5) business days and refunded based on the cancellation policy defined on the website – www.etsreloaded.com.  

Hotel Accommodations: All rooms requested are based on the standard king or double-bedded rooms with private bathrooms as available at the host hotel. Please understand although we will make every effort to accommodate your bed type request, bed types are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases is strictly at the discretion of the hotel’s management on a run-of-house basis. The number of people accommodated does not dictate the room size.

Meals: Meals are based on the hotel’s or restaurant’s buffet or set menu. In general, beverages are not included unless specifically stated. Participant may be responsible for one or more of their meals, depending on the trip destination and hotel accommodations.

Transfers: Transfers are provided through coordination with Escape the States and their transportation partners at the trip destination. Transfers are typically via motor coach or minibus. Escape The States, nor or the transfer company, will not be responsible for

flight delays, for any reason, beyond two hours from your originally scheduled arrival

time. In case of a delay, whether due to flight delay, immigration, and customs, or

time spent reporting baggage damage or loss, it will be the responsibility of the traveler to make other transfer arrangements, such as a taxi. Transfer costs may apply and are non-refundable. Any additional expenses will be your responsibility. 

Sightseeing & Itinerary: Travelers are encouraged to take full advantage of the excursions and experiences available at the trip destination. These experiences will be at the traveler’s own expense and discretion. Schedules for included activities will be provided prior to travel and upon arrival. Participant is responsible for arriving timely for transportation to and from events. NPN International dba Escape the States will not be held liable for any missed events due to the traveler’s decision to participate in activities outside of the planned ETS themed parties.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: NPN International dba Escape the States may take photographs or video of its trips, and trip participants grant NPN International dba Escape the States permission to do so and publish for promotional or commercial use without compensation to the participant.
