Here there are 335 sunny days a year, white sandy beaches and affordable living. Margarita Island is located outside of the hurricane belt in the southern Caribbean Sea. Margarita is a duty free island, and also boasts the cheapest gas in the world at about 4 to 12 cents a gallon. Margarita is also the only Caribbean island with all the infrastructure and ammenities for an American style lifestyle.
Margarita Island has a unique real estate market; when the world real estate market is falling, Margarita's is growing, and when the rest of the world is doing good Margarita's real estate is still doing good. There is just growth and more growth here, if you've been here then you've seen it.
Housing prices are still good and going up fast due to the flood of Venezuelans moving here from the mainland, and foreigners are coming as the outlook does not look good for their country economically.
There is some very important information that the public needs to know. There is no recovery in the US economy, it is only a robbery, each bubble and recession and depression is scientifically created like a mathematical equation by a very few elite bankers. 
As everything loses its value and your assets become worthless these criminals buy everything up for pennies on the dollar, then they sell them off. The 30's depression was one of the first and largest robberies of all time; the Rockafellers admitted to this and so did some previous presidents and legislators. It is happening again- they will tell you to buy buy buy but they rarely ever say sell, they want the last of your money now by saying there is a recovery. There is no way you can spend more to get out of debt. Debt is one of the many forms of slavery, I recommend to stay out of it and the stock market. This article is not meant to scare anybody but it is the unfortunate truth. Yes, I make a living by helping people retire or move here. I run an honest business and treat my clients with the utmost respect.

I am in a very unique position to be able to analyze the U.S. economy from outside of the states, with only independent economist and news sources. I have had my eyes open to this giant scam for about 9 years now and have been able to find information that still proves to be true. This gave me the insight to sell our property in the states and get out of the states before we lost thousands of dollars in real estate.
I only want to help people. Maybe this is a business of morality, or more similar to the underground railroad. Either way I want to help others and make great friends in the process, this makes me feel very good about what I do and adds joy to my life to help others.
